We recommend making a list of wants, needs, priorities, and your budget, then thinking ahead about how your home should function in the next 5–10 years.

With that clarity, we can help you identify the best place to begin and create a plan that supports your long-term vision. Even if you only have one or two of those pieces figured out, we’re ready to start the conversation.

 Depending on the extent of the task, timelines can differ significantly. While major improvements, such as whole kitchens, additions, or whole-home remodels, can take several weeks or even months, some smaller updates could only take a few days. We'll provide you a reasonable timeline during the planning stage so you know exactly what to anticipate and when.  

 In most cases, yes—but it depends on the size and complexity of your renovation. For projects like kitchens, multi-room updates, or whole-home remodels, we may recommend phasing the work to help maintain essential living space. If you're able to temporarily relocate, it can speed up the timeline and reduce stress—but it’s not required.
